In 2020, Ian crossed paths with Martin Healy, the Commercial Head for ESPN & The Walt Disney Company in the Middle East, and a dedicated MMA enthusiast. Their relationship grew, and by 2022, Ian brought Martin into the agency to strengthen client services.
By 2024, the business had evolved significantly, leading Ian and Martin to launch Combat Sports Group —a broader collection of companies designed to serve the expanding combat sports industry. This new venture builds on their strong relationships, deep expertise, and solid reputation.
